Organizers of Adventure race Slovenia are adapting to the needs of adventure race »market«. Understanding the wishes and comments lead us to some changes that should improve the race. Due to different capabilities of teams there will be more possibilities of shortening the track for those who will get to a certain point after the time limit. In this way it will be possible to shorten the track up to 100 km and even the weakest teams will be able to reach the finish line. There are two different categories this year. The short one named Rover, for 2 person teams, and of length 180 km and the other one named Explorer for 4 person teams and of length 270 km. We will make more emphasis on orienteering at shorter sections, the teams will use special orienteering maps. Ideal track between CPs will not be set in advance the teams will choose it individually. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
